Vendor Crew
Greets food, merchandise, and sponsor vendors, confirms their space assignments, and helps direct them to setup locations. 3 hours
Helps teach children and adults how to play old 1800s games, and then leads the competitions. Potato Sack Race, Hoop Trundling (rolling), Egg Toss, and Croquet to name a few. 5 hours
Operates the Hell on Wheels shirts, stickers, hats, and other merchandise. Tracks sales and helps keep the booth organized. 2 hours
Trophy Table Crew
Sets up trophies, keeps award categories organized, and helps prepare judges for judging, and helps organize the awards presentation. 2 hours
Arrives early to help place tables, tents, signs, barricades, trash cans, registration materials, and event supplies. 2 to 24 hours. We also need help tearing everything down at the end and cleaning up. 2 to 8 hours.
Helps tear down after the event, removes signs and tables, collects trash, and makes sure the park is left clean.
Monitors trash cans during the event, replaces liners, picks up litter, and helps keep the event area presentable.
Takes photos and short videos of cars, motorcycles, vendors, families, and activities for promotion and future event use.
Assists bands, DJ, announcers, or performers with setup, timing, announcements, and basic needs throughout the event.
Supervises family-friendly activities (i,e, balloon toss), helps with games and keeps the area safe and organized.
Available to fill in wherever needed, cover breaks, run supplies, help vendors, or assist any team that gets overwhelmed.
